Our engineers move to the client’s plant to provide the training under the agreed conditions in time and work plan.

Another form of training we offer our clients is through seminars specialized in refrigeration with ammonia; the speaker is one of the engineers from Vilter U.S.A. This one-day training program is aimed at engineers and operators from different production plants.

At Alfrio we design, install and deliver refrigeration systems in operation; we have a team of highly trained, certified and experienced people in mechanical and electrical assemblies.

The service includes:

  • Lifting, positioning and anchoring of each of the equipment in the final site of operation.
  • Mechanical interconnection of equipment with carbon steel pipes, TIG welding process and certified welders.
  • Stainless steel pipes installation for water or glycol networks.
  • Supports for pipes manufacture.
  • Electrical interconnection of force and control of each of the components
  • Thermal insulation installation in injected polyurethane with coating in stainless steel sheet for pipes and tanks.
  • Pressure tests.
  • Emptying.
  • Load of refrigerant.
  • Start-up and adjustment of the systems operation.
