COMPRESSORS

VALVES AND CONTROLS

At Alfrio we have a large stock of valves, controls and safety devices for immediate delivery. We supply valves for ammonia and CO2 from different brands such as Hansen, Parker, Danfoss and Herl, we also have valves to operate with refrigerants like freon in Emerson brand.

The valves are delivered to the customer’s plant and those that are required with extreme urgency are sent by DHL or similar. Our suppliers worldwide allow us opportune delivery times and competitive prices.

Modular valve platforms are robust and compact stations used in refrigerant control systems. These stations are supplied assembled and factory-tested, allowing a quick and easy installation. Its compact design minimizes assembly times, reduces the number of welds (only two per station) and decreases the installation cost dramatically. The applications of these stations include pumped liquid feed to evaporators, supply of liquid to flooded containers and recirculators, injection of liquid for screw compressors, hot gas defrosting, and evaporator pressure control. It is possible to set up to six independent functions: service valve, filter, control valve (solenoid, pressure regulator, motorized), manual expansion and retention valve (check) suitable for working with R717, R134a, R404, R507 and CO2	Catalogs query

Stations MVP / ICF

solenoid valves are compact, robust, reliable and of high quality, designed and built for industrial refrigeration. These devices are electrically operated to control the flow of liquid or gaseous refrigerant in a completely open or completely closed configuration, used in evaporators, recirculating units, flooded systems, hot gas defrosts, etc. Suitable for working with Ammonia R22, R134a, CO2 and other compatible refrigerants. The coils can be at 24V, 120V, 220V AC, the body is made of corrosion-resistant ductile cast iron and they have seats in Teflon. The maximum differential pressure (MOPD) is 300 PSI and availability of 500 PSI, with operating temperature range from -60°F to + 240°F (-50°C to + 115°C).	Catalogs query

The closing valves (globe) have been specially designed to operate in industrial refrigeration systems with ammonia, CO2, R1334a and other approved refrigerants. Robust constructed and suitable for working with liquid, gas, steam and oil compressors. Its main function is to manually cut the passage of the fluid to allow the availability of equipment or trains of valves for maintenance interventions. These valves are versatile and compact, available in straight or angular pass (90°) from 1/4″ to 18″, with threaded connections (up to 1-1 / 4″) or welding (butt weld or socket weld) from 1 / 2″. The manually operated stems (short or long) have perpendicular or angular configuration at 45°, with handwheel or cap (seal cap). Balloon valves

The manual expansion valves have been specially designed to operate in industrial refrigeration systems with ammonia, of robust construction and suitable for working with liquid. Its main function is to expand the flow of refrigerant liquid to the inlet of the evaporators. These valves are versatile and compact, available in straight or angular pass (90°) from 1/4 «to 4″, with threaded connections (up to 1-1 / 4») or welding (butt weld or socket weld). Its construction is similar to the closing valves, however, they differ in the manual operation device, which has a steel bar instead of the steering wheel and the cap is yellow (for the cases of seal cap). Constructed in forged steel or cast steel (depending on size), stainless steel operating rods and Teflon seats. Standard operating temperature from -60°F to 240°F (-51°C to 115°C).	Catalogs query

Manual expansion valves

LLB type level controls are float switches that are used to indicate and control the liquid level by opening or closing a single float and liquid inlet and outlet. Their simple and reliable design provides long life, usually installed in suction accumulators, recirculating units and flooded tanks. AHT100. The liquid level is controlled by opening or closing the solenoid supply valve, they are also used as an alarm signal to indicate very high or very low liquid level in compressors and recirculation pumps. They work with ammonia, R507, R-134a and other refrigerants, the tank is made of common steel or stainless steel, the switch is made of UV resistant plastic. The connections are 3/4″ and 1″. Coolant level controls

Automatic vents eliminate air, water (some models) and other non-condensable gases from the cooling system. This allows to lower the condensing pressure, increase the cooling capacity, save electrical energy and launch refrigerant emissions to the atmosphere. This equipment is compact, pre-assembled and factory-tested, suitable for working with ammonia and halocarbon refrigerants. Available in three different versions (NEAP, AP and APP), which are adapted according to the cooling capacity of the system. They can purge from 1 to 24 points (depending on the model) and eliminate water from the ammonia systems with the model AP Plus.	Catalogs query
